Modern life has given us all kinds of benefits, from computers to iced champagne, but the highly-charged lifestyles which often go hand in hand with such benefits often cause us physical, and mental breakdown. The main problem is that our psychological processes are still largely stone-age and we have yet to mentally adapt to the fast and furious lifestyle modern living demands.
